Don't Let Your Anger Grow You Need to Let It Go

Our memory verse today is “A fool give full vent to his anger, but a wise man keeps himself under control.”

Proverbs 29:11

Everybody gets angry it's what we do with it that matters most.

I've seen lots of people screw up their whole life in one moment because they lost control of their anger. They blew up on someone and hurt them or go into wild road rage or got fired because they lost their temper.

So what do we do with our anger? We need to let it go to God. Don't hold onto it. It'll just grow more and more. Imagine it's a balloon and you're releasing that anger before it blows up!
